6. Lease Documents

PropDoc provides lease templates and document generation tools for convenience. These documents are not legal advice. You are responsible for ensuring any lease agreements comply with local laws and regulations. We recommend consulting a qualified attorney for legal matters.

7. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue through the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

8. Limitation of Liability

PropDoc is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data.
